How many 1:32 scale BuildJigs do you think will be ready to be ordered on 01 Jan 2024?

Precession machining has been going on for the last few days now that the stainless hardware has arrived.

All that is required now is 70 x 3.28 (3/32") axles to be ordered from a supplier to offer full chassis build kits. Are there any supplier recommendations for these?

Note: 70mm long axles is a requirement.

16mm of fine vertical adjustment for the axles.

I've designed this around using dofferent piano wire diameters: KS501, KS502 & KS503. These are ideal piano wire sizes for making custom chassis.

132 BuildJig is fully adjustable and also perfect for alignment. The concept stage is complete, pre-production stage now happening.

While resting up from an injury, I've taken a perfect mould for making the Shelby Daytona window buck. Quite a process, but awesome.

Lightweight bodies need lightweight reinforcing using 8k carbon tow in strategic points, such as pillars.

Looks like a few more weeks of waiting on supplies of hardware to continue the development of some pretty cool Proslotz tools.

While waiting, I'm happy to continue with the Skyline 2000 Roadrage project.

This week was cloning the front splitter from a 1978 RX7 Savanna using Barnes Pinkysil Putty, then pouring Barnes Resin. The splitter was then cut and modelled to shape to fit the Roadrage body.

I think it looks perfectly styled. What do you think?
