🥜 Under the Scope: Episode 13 🔬

Today’s specimen? A humble peanut.

All of us like a little snack time here at saxon, so why not put our snacks under the microscope?👀

The shell was packed with rough ridges, cracks, and textures that looked like dried desert terrain…
Then we zoomed in on the peanut itself and found surprisingly smooth surfaces, tiny pores, and intricate patterns hidden in plain sight.

It’s wild how everyday things can hold so much detail we never notice.

Safe to say we’ll never look at peanuts the same way again 😂

On May 31, look up for a rare Blue Micro Moon that's smaller, softer and easy to miss if you’re not paying attention. It’s not about the spectacle… it’s about slowing down and noticing the subtle shifts in something we think we know so well.

Step outside, take a breath and see the Moon a little differently this time.

✨ 30 Seconds Under the Scope: Episode 12 🌲🔬✨

A simple pinecone from our lunch break… or so we thought 👀

We brought it back to the office and placed it under the microscope.
At first, it looked like a rugged landscape of overlapping scales and deep crevices…

But then something moved!😳
A tiny hitchhiker was crawling across the surface, turning this pinecone into a whole living world.

After watching our little bug friend explore for a while, we returned it (and its pinecone home) right where we found it.🌿

Moral of the story: even the most ordinary finds can come with unexpected life… you just need to zoom in to see it.🔍
