Busy week...12 cakes plus a box of cupcakes to go with one of the cakes plus a large order of slice for Thom, Dick & Harry's. None of the cakes were overly complicated though, so things ran pretty smoothly!

Cookie monster mega cookies not quite gone to plan....not a disaster, but not what l hoped.
The original recipe has white and dark choc chips, crushed oreos and crushed choc chip. I tried to be all fancy and stuffed them with blue, white chocolate ganache...which started to ooze on most of them....but they still taste amazing!
My mishap is your gain...treat your young ones, or young at heart.

Last Wednesday was Christmas in July for these work colleagues. Between 2 offices in 2 towns and all the other commitments around the holiday season, this was a nice relaxing solution. And honestly, l love gingerbread!
I provided morning tea beforehand and they cracked on at the pub for a Christmas lunch afterward. Great idea ladies...and well done on the houses!

Maybe a cake? Whatever.

Whatever it is! 2 layers of biscoff fudge cake with a layer of biscoff cheesecake inside...all sandwiched together with more crunchy biscoff spread and covered in biscoff whipped cream! Oh lordy, it was really daggyylicious!
I only had a little spoonful, go me, and the grandkids let us take home a slice for Popsie to enjoy at his leisure.
