I have finally decided to move on one of our most sentimental & my favourite pieces - one of the first MNC Opal found.

I have not seen another like it or even similar though they obviously exist. This is half a whole nut. You can see the cavity inside, the miners got a great crystal payday from the centre.

The outside & cut face on the nut shows its rarity. Fossilised ancient coral reef. The colour you can see on top & all over is impregnated into barnacles & the like.

Very hesitant to list but we are in the business of selling Opal. HD video available in comments or msg us.

$400 AUD - delivered, tracked & insured within Australian territories.

At a guess I'm saying just under 500grams.
