If golden hour was a cocktail… this would be it.🍹

A dreamy blend of gin, citrus, and tropical notes, light, refreshing, and made for slow sips as the sun goes down.
(And to remind us of the warmer days leaving us!)

Ingredients (mls):
• 45 ml gin - Our Old Tom Gin would be perfect!
• 60 ml lemonade
• 30 ml pineapple juice
• 22 ml Aperol
• Soda water (to top)
• Dehydrated orange or blood orange + lime slice, to garnish

Method:
Fill a wine glass or highball with ice.
Add gin, lemonade, pineapple juice, and Aperol.
Stir gently to combine.
Top with soda water and give it a light stir.
Garnish and enjoy.
