These beauties have been grown locally by our wonderful grower Mel from Outback Yack Flower Farm Yackandandah and when they arrive looking THIS good, they deserve their moment.

Big, bold and unmistakably Australian, Waratahs are one of those flowers that make a statement all on their own. We absolutely love being able to fill the shop with flowers grown right here in our region and support the talented growers behind them.

A few exciting things happening behind the scenes…

I’ve welcomed some extra help on board at OBY, giving me more hands and a little more breathing room. Stay tuned for introductions.

And… I’ve officially levelled up my invoicing game.
Invoices will now be sent on the day of delivery, I will be more organised, more professional and one less thing for me to procrastinate over.

Small business wins, but BIG milestones for OBY.

A huge thank you to all the florists who continue to support locally grown flowers, I couldn’t do it without you.

A great day to celebrate some pretty amazing people!
It was hard to return to work and place my baby in care but with a team this good I know he is in great hands. Thankyou for allowing us to return back to work and for all the amazing work that you do!

Green leaves has been supporting us since last year with supplying their staff with beautiful flowers .

There’s something a little extra special about creating with flowers grown right here in our region. 🤎

Knowing where they’ve come from, who has grown them, and that they’ve travelled only a short distance before finding their way onto our flower bench makes each arrangement feel that much more meaningful.

We’re incredibly lucky to have some beautiful local growers around us, producing flowers full of character, movement and seasonality.

Whenever we can, we’ll always choose local. Supporting local growers, celebrating what’s in season, and creating something beautiful from flowers grown close to home.
