Did you know? Our formal garden is available to book for private events, including Christmas parties. And if you want to make a night of it, Grays Inn has three rooms upstairs, right in the heart of Wollombi Village.

Join us on Sunday 12 September for a craft beer tasting at SIP, as part of the Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival. Come swirl, sip and sample your way through a lineup of local craft beers, right here in the heart of Wollombi Village.

Two years in the making, and it's almost time. 🍷

Wollombi Wines' 2023 Shiraz is finally emerging from French oak cask, and it's been worth the wait. A bright pink-purple hue leads into a glass of fragrant red fruit -morello cherry, raspberry, cranberry - layered with soft florals and just a whisper of pepper.

On the palate, it's elegant and red-fruited, with silky tannins and subtle oak influence rounding out every sip.

Just 12 bottles will be released. Once they're gone, they're gone.

We're open Thursday to Monday, so there's always a reason to swing by.

There's a lot of Hunter Valley packed into this bottle. 🍸

Wildstreak's Australian Dry Gin is a love letter to the region - locally-sourced citrus and native lemon myrtle take the lead, with grapefruit, zesty lime and bright tangelo weaving through. Then creamy macadamia steps in to round it all out, landing on a finish that's smooth from start to finish.

It's a gin built for cocktails. Pour it over ice, top with your favourite mixer, and garnish with fresh lemon myrtle leaves for a little extra vibrancy in every sip.
