To all our wonderful customers,

Due to an increase in unpaid orders and having to constantly chase outstanding payments, we will now be updating our payment policy.

✨ A deposit is required to secure your booking.
✨ Full payment must be received 1 week prior to your event.

Unfortunately, we’ve had multiple occasions where orders have been collected without payment, and this is no longer something we can continue to absorb as a small business.
