Sri Lankan Batik

The design is drawn by hand using beeswax and then the fabric is dipped in dye to add the secondary colour.After fabric is boiled into hot water to remove the wax and dried before turning it into a timeless piece. As each piece is individually hand drawn there might be slight variances in the distribution of the print, which makes each piece 100% unique.

This beautiful handicraft dress is made in our little workshop in Sri Lanka
