To take up space. To try the thing that scares you. To get it wrong, laugh, try again and eventually surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

There will always be opinions about what you should be doing, how you should look, how quickly you should progress or what aerial is supposed to be.

But your aerial journey belongs to you. ✨

Train because it makes you happy. Create things you love. Celebrate the little wins, support the humans around you and don’t let comparison take the fun out of something that brings you so much joy.

Position it under where you’re actually training, check it hasn’t wandered off mid-session, and remember — a crash mat is there for the unexpected, not just the scary tricks. 💕
