Long time no flower!

I loved creating this custom vase arrangement ♥️

I’ve been so busy with my ‘normal job’ (which I absolutely love by the way) that I haven’t had time for flowers in my life. I am working on changing this.

Erin wanted ‘a small posy of wispy and wild natives’ for her 10 year vow renewal celebrations.

I used golden wattle, the sweetest smelling brown boronia, white wax flower, burgundy leucadendron (not native) and flowy young gum leaves.

The Kind Posy is not dead, she’s just sleeping.

With the changing season brings a change in my world. Our family is moving (staying local!), and my job is on the cusp of change too. With kids, dogs, moving, volunteering, working and the general craziness of life, there hasn’t been much room for TKP. But while we were up at the Macedon Ranges visiting my brother in law today, I picked these almost-too-gone-to-save hydrangeas in the misty light rain, and I thought, I miss flowers.

When I see my future, I see flowers in it. Thanks for sticking with me, and stay tuned. In the meantime, keep warm, and do reach out if you need some flowers, I just might be able to help 💚
