We will miss her this weekend on the Surf Coast Art Matters arts trail, penciled in our calendars each year.

Mum loved supporting her friends Nicola Perkin & other local artists surfcoast_weaverbirds Lauren McQuade

She would have the map ready for us to plan our little road trip she & Marc happy with me to be the boss of them for the day as driver.

Treasures would be found and then find pride of place in her sunfilled Aireys home. A curated collection of things she was drawn to.

This year will be different without her ready and waiting to be picked up ‘whenever suits you I’ll be ready to go’ , lippy & smile on.

This year Marc’s sister talented painter Kylie Sirett - Artist is joining us and I’m sure we’ll tell stories of mum and buy something that reminds us of her x
