Just thought I’d put up a post of what I actually do on a day to day basis at the shop. This is a floor pan I’ve made for a customers 1965 fj45v Land Cruiser that I’ve been working on for quite some time.

After searching the internet we realised that all aftermarket Ranger intercoolers available are quite smaller overall and only offer a 2-1/4inch inlet/outlet so we decided to take some measurements and make a 300x600x3inch inlet/outlet intercooler actually fit in the using factory mounts.
Some clearancing is required to open the factory holes in the radiator support to allow the bigger 3inch inlet/outlet to pass through.
These are in the production process and we are going to offer these as a bolt in kit which will include the charge pipe to throttle body.

2 custom Barra/Ranger-BT50 air boxes made up for customer cars.
We’ve designed these to accommodate both high mount and low mount turbo manifolds.
They’re 3mm aluminium and fully TIG welded.
They feature a 4inch inlet and 3.5inch outlet with a nice clear acrylic lid and they mount in the factory location.
