When we practice the eight limbs of yoga, the result is not just flexibility in the body. It is steadiness in the mind, softness in the heart, and clarity in how we live.

The eight limbs guide us from the outside in:

Yama — how we relate to others
Niyama — how we care for ourselves
Asana — how we inhabit the body
Pranayama — how we regulate the breath
Pratyahara — how we turn inward
Dharana — how we focus
Dhyana — how we meditate
Samadhi — how we experience union

Over time, the practice helps us become less reactive, more present, and more aligned with who we truly are.

Yoga is not only something we do on the mat. It is a way of living.
