Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Johan from Germany and Trina Apu from The Earth Society to the Paatex Handicraft workplace, where they experienced the journey behind our sustainable handmade products.

From discarded RMG fabric and natural jute to carefully crafted, market-ready products, they witnessed how creativity, patience, skill, and craftsmanship can transform materials that might otherwise be treated as waste into something valuable and beautiful.

They also had the opportunity to meet our artisans, observe their work, and learn about the people and processes behind Paatex Handicraft. Being in our workplace, they experienced the energy of our production environment where teamwork, learning, creativity, and craftsmanship come together every day. Every product carries not only a design, but also the dedication and skills of the hands that create it.

For us, Paatex is more than a handicraft initiative it is a community based circular business model connecting waste with opportunity, traditional craftsmanship with modern markets, and rural women with dignified livelihood opportunities.

We are grateful to Johan and Trina Apu for visiting our workplace, taking an interest in our journey, meeting our artisans, and listening to our story. Their interest, encouragement, and appreciation for our work mean a lot to the entire Paatex team.
