1) Accuracy of information on the Page
We do our best to ensure that information on the Page is complete, accurate and current. Despite our efforts, however, information on the Page may occasionally be inaccu
rate, incomplete or out of date. All specifications, products, descriptions and prices of products on the Page are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colours. However, the actual colour you see will depend on your computer system or phone display, and we cannot guarantee that your computers or phones will accurately display such colours. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials provided through the Page. The inclusion of any products or services on the Page at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
2) Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
3) Acceptable Use
User’s use of the page, any content, and any information provided by the user including user names, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, financial information (such as credit card numbers), information related to Shipsleek(“User Information”) transmitted in connection with the page is limited to the contemplated functionality of the page. In no event may the page be used in a manner that (a) hassle, abuse, stalk, threatens, defames, or otherwise infringes or violates the rights of any other party(including but not limited to rights of publicity or other propriety rights); (b) is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive; (c) provide sensitive personal information unless specifically requested by Shipsleek, (d) includes spam or any unsolicited advertising; (e) uses technology or other means to access Content that is not authorized by Shipsleek; (f) uses or launches any automated system, including without limitation, “robots”, “spiders” or “offline readers” to access Shipsleek; (g) attempt to introduce virus or any other computer code, files, or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any other computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment; (h) attempts to gain unauthorized access to Shipsleeks’ computer network or user accounts; (i) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or that gives rise to civil liability; (j) violates these Terms; (k) attempts to damage, disable, overburn, or impair Shipsleek’s servers or networks; (l) impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your identity or affiliation with another person or entity; or (m) fails to comply with applicable third party terms (collectively “Acceptable Use”). Shipsleek reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate any user license, terminate any user’s participation in the page, remove content, or assert legal action with respect to content or use of the sites, that Shipsleek reasonable believes is or might be in violation of these Terms or Shipsleek policies. Shipsleek’s failure or delay in taking such action does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these Terms.
4) Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 30 to 45 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 45 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please contact as through facebook messenger or e-mail us at [email protected] with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
5) Local Delivery
A local delivery charge is applicable for orders from any regions within Bangladesh, which will be stated in your invoice upon order confirmation. We will contact you via messages on facebook or via text messages to the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
6) Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept any returns after delivery even if the item is unused and in its original conditions. We strictly suggest that you inspect the product upon delivery while keeping the delivery person waiting. In the event that your order arrives damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the damaged product and return it to the delivery person right away so that we can arrange a replacement for your product as soon as possible. In case a replacement cannot be arranged, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
