May Allah accept our prayers and good deeds 🤲✨
Blessed reminders for the blessed days of Dhul Hijjah 🌙🤍
Did you know that the first 10 days of Dhul Hijjah are considered the most blessed days of the entire year? 🌙✨ Even better than the days of Ramadan!
As we enter this sacred time, here is a quick guide from the Inara Foundation on how to maximize your rewards and what to keep in mind.
✅ WHAT TO DO:
🤲 Increase Dhikr: Keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah. Recite Takbeer (Allahu Akbar), Tahmeed (Alhamdulillah), Tahleel (La ilaha illallah), and Tasbeeh (SubhanAllah).
📖 Read Quran & Pray Extra: Dedicate more time to daily recitation and Nawafil (voluntary) prayers.
fasting Fast, especially on the Day of Arafah (9th Dhul Hijjah): Fasting on this day expiates the sins of the past year and the coming year.
🤝 Give Charity (Sadaqah): Good deeds are multiplied during these days. (Consider supporting Inara Foundation’s ongoing projects to help those in need! 💙)
🐑 Prepare for Qurbani: Ensure your sacrifice is arranged if you have the means to do so.
❌ WHAT NOT TO DO:
✂️ Don't cut hair or nails: If you intend to offer Qurbani, it is a strong Sunnah to refrain from trimming your hair, nails, or skin from the 1st of Dhul Hijjah until your sacrifice is completed.
🗣️ Avoid bad habits and arguments: Protect your fasts and good deeds by staying away from backbiting, anger, and idle talk.
Let’s strive to make every moment count. May our prayers, fasting, and charity be accepted. Ameen! 🤲
