বেবি টিথার কি❓

➡️ টিথার হল নরম সিলিকনের (রাবারের মত) ছোট এক টুকরো খেলনা। এটা বিভিন্ন আকৃতির এবং রং এর তৈরি করা হয় যেন বাবুদের চাবানোর জন্য আকৃষ্ট করতে পারে।

এটা কখন থেকে, কেন আর কিভাবে ব্যবহার করে❓

➡️ নতুন বাবুরা যখন থেকে হাতে কোন কিছু মুঠো করে আঁকড়ে ধরতে পারে যেমন- বাবা মায়ের আঙ্গুল 🥰, মায়ের চুল 😑 ইত্যাদি তখন থেকেই বেবিদের হাতে টিথার দেয়া যায়। আনুমানিক ধরে নিতে পারি ২/৩ মাস বয়স থেকে।

➡️ এত ছোট বেবিদের টিথার দেয়ার উদ্দেশ্য হল যেন বাবুরা আসে পাশে যা পায় তা না চাবিয়ে এটা চাবায়। কারণ কোন মায়ের পক্ষেই সম্ভব না সব সময় আশেপাশের সব কিছুকে বাবুর জন্য পরিষ্কার করে রাখা, কিন্তু শুধু এইটা কে পরিস্কার করে রাখা খুব সহজেই সম্ভব। আর বাবু আশেপাশের সবকিছু রেখে শুধু এটাকে চাবাতে আকৃষ্ট এজন্য হবে কারণ এটা অনেক নরম ও আরামদায়ক। নবজাতক বাবুদের স্বভাবতই যেকোনো কিছু চাপাতে খুব আনন্দ পায়। এছাড়াও দাঁত ওঠার আগে বাবুরা সবকিছু চাবাতে থাকে, মাকে সহ 😓 তখন নতুন নরম মাড়ি দিয়ে টিথার চাবাতে অনেক বেশি আরাম বোধ করে বাবুরা। মাড়ি ব্যথা কমে দ্রুত দাত উঠতে প্রক্রিয়াকে সহজ করে। মায়ের কষ্ট অনেকটা কমে আসে আলহামদুলিল্লাহ 😇

➡️ ব্যবহারবিধি খুবই সহজ। বাবু জেগে থাকা অবস্থায় পরিষ্কার করে বাবুর হাতে ধরিয়ে দিলেই হল। বাবু নিজের মনের সুখে চাবাতে থাকবে আর মুখের লা লা ফেলে সব ভিজাবে 😅 ওহ! এর সমাধান ও আছে আমার কাছে, গলায় বিব (নালপোশ) লাগিয়ে দিলে সব লা লা বিব চুশে নিবে। জামার বুক ভিজে ঠান্ডা লাগার ভয় থাকবে না আর ইনশাআল্লাহ 😊

আমি বিভিন্ন ভাবে আপনাদের সাবধান করার চেস্টা করছি দয়া করে বাচ্চাদের মুখে বিষ তুলে দিবেন না । নিজের আপন বাচ্চাকে আমরা বুঝে না বুঝে বিষ খাওয়াচ্ছি । বাজারে প্রাপ্ত হরেক রকমের চিপস, জুস, চকলেট, চুয়িংগাম, লাচ্ছি, লিচু, যত রকমের কোমল পানীয় ইত্যাদি বাচ্চাদের খাবার যা কিনা ক্যামিক্যালের তৈরী এবং সেগুলো যাতে না পঁচে তার জন্য ব্যাবহৃত প্রিজারভেটিভ সেটাও কেমিক্যাল । এত্ত এত্ত ক্যামিকালে তৈরী খাবার আমরা বাচ্চাদের মুখে তুলে দিচ্ছি । যে কারনে, অতীত যে কোন সময়ের তুলনায় বর্তমানে বাচ্চারা বেশী বেশী অসুস্হ হয়ে ডাক্তারের স্মরনাপন্ন হচ্ছে।

এই মাত্র একটি বাচ্চা আমার চেম্বারে আসলো । প্রানের লাচ্ছিতে মাত্র দুইটা চুমুক দিছে, ওমনি তার মনে হল মুখের ভেতর পিপড়ায় কামড় দিচ্ছে (ছোট বাচ্চা বুঝিয়ে বলতে পারছে না ) এর প্রায় সাথে সাথেই তার সমস্ত মুখমন্ডল , শরীর ফুলে লাল হয়ে যাচ্ছে এবং চুলকাচ্ছে মেডিক্যালের ভাষায় যেটাকে আমরা আর্টিকেরিয়া (Articaria) বলে থাকি । যদিও যে কোন ফুডে এ্যালার্জী থাকলে এমন হতে পারে, তবুও আমি বলবো এধরনের ক্যামিক্যাল যুক্ত খাবার আপনাদের শিশুকে যেকোন মুহুর্তে বিপদে ফেলতে পারে; আর এটার দীর্ঘমেয়াদী ক্ষতি আরো মারাত্নক যা কিনা আপনাকে বয়ে বেড়াতে হবে সুদীর্ঘ সময় । তাই এখনই সময় শিশুদের ঘরের তৈরী খাবার খাওয়ান বাজারের বিষাক্ত খাবার গুলো থেকে দুরে রাখুন নিজেরাও ঐ সকল খাবার থেকে বিরত থাকুন । ধন্যবাদ সবাইকে।
