ALAM TRADING is a franchisee of various leading footwear brands in Bangladesh. We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.
Job description of Executive (Accounts) of Showroom:
• Collect & maintaining cash & Petty cash properly.
• Preparing & maintaining daily, monthly report.
• Preparing & maintaining all bank related transactions.
• Maintain necessary documentation & communication with office.
• Monthly Rent, AIT and others payment.
• Monitoring spending and budgets.
• Preparing bill, voucher properly.
• Responsible to maintain all related cash & bank accounts properly.
• Prepare & provide daily cash flow report.
• Prepare all kinds of vouchers & money receipt.
• Create refund voucher (if required) & inform the management immediately.
• Generate & provide monthly attendance report.
• Collect & disburse salary every month.
• Any other job as per superior demand.
Educational Requirements:
Preferred Educational Requirement: MBA or Masters in Accounting or Finance
