HoneyComb Inc.. is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Merchandisers to join our growing team. If you have a knack for product sourcing and a passion for seamless production coordination, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Product sourcing & order follow-up.
Coordination with suppliers and production teams.
Monitoring stock, delivery, and timelines.
Client and vendor communication.
Expanded Responsibilities:
Costing & Negotiation: Analyze fabric and trim costs to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
Sample Development: Oversee the entire sampling process (Proto, Fit, and Salesman samples) to ensure they meet buyer specifications before bulk production.
Quality Control Oversight: Work closely with the QA team to ensure that the final product meets the brand's quality benchmarks.
Market Trend Analysis: Keep a pulse on current fashion trends and material innovations to suggest new product directions.
Risk Management: Identify potential production bottlenecks early and develop contingency plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements Educational Background :
Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textiles, or a related field Business backgrounds with relevant experience are also often welcomed
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel (for tracking sheets) and familiarity with ERP software.
Communication: Strong command of English and Bengali for professional correspondence with international clients and local factory owners.
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the garment or fashion industry.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience).
