1. Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) – Paint
Job Location / Posting: Divisional Cities Only
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise divisional sales teams.
• Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
• Ensure effective market coverage, product availability, and brand visibility.
• Maintain strong collection performance with strict credit discipline.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales and performance reports.
• Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and professional conduct.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI-Based):
• Sales target achievement and market growth
• Dealer/distributor expansion and retention
• Collection efficiency (minimum 95%)
• Team productivity and discipline
• Reporting accuracy and compliance
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 07 (Seven) years proven experience in paint sales.
• Strong knowledge of paint distribution, dealer handling, and market development.
Age Limit:
• Maximum 35 years (relaxable for highly experienced candidates).

2. Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) – Hardware Tools & Plastic Net
Job Location: Divisional Cities (Bangladesh)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead divisional sales operations for hardware tools and plastic net products.
• Achieve sales, collection, and market expansion targets.
• Appoint, guide, and monitor distributors, dealers, and Sales Representatives (SRs).
• Supervise and motivate field sales teams for optimum performance.
• Ensure proper credit control, collection, and compliance with company policy.
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand.
• Prepare regular sales reports and strategic plans for management.
Qualification & Experience:
• Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 year’s experience in hardware tools, plastic net, construction materials, or related sectors.
• Prior divisional/regional sales management experience preferred.

3. Telesales Executive (Office & Field Based)
Job Type: Office & Field Based
Field Visit: Mandatory (minimum 6 days per month)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Generate sales orders through phone and follow-up.
• Coordinate with field sales teams and support market ex*****on.
• Conduct dealer/retailer/wholesaler visits during assigned field days.
• Collect market feedback and customer requirements.
• Maintain sales records, call logs, and reporting.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum HSC .
• Experience in telesales, inside sales, or field sales preferred.
• Fresh but confident candidates may also apply.
