The Quiet Strength of a Father’s Love 🐅
Today, on Father’s Day, we are incredibly proud to launch our newest jute tote, The Tiger Shopper, a tribute to our roots, our heritage, and the gentle giants in our lives.

Featuring the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger alongside the graceful Doyel Pakhi, this design brings together the national symbols of Bangladesh. While the tiger represents a father’s fierce protective instinct, we chose a minimal, subtle color palette with clean side lines to highlight a different side of masculinity. We wanted this piece to be soothing and gentle, reflecting the calming, grounding nature of a father’s presence.

Fathers protect our entire world, but they do it so quietly. Their strength doesn’t need to shout, it lives in their silent sacrifices and steady devotion.

A piece of our heritage, a nod to their quiet protection. Happy Father’s Day to the anchors of our homes.

Inspired by the golden era of Satyajit Ray’s cinema, where simplicity wasn’t just an aesthetic but a statement of character, we designed this laptop bag to bring that exact old-school restraint into a modern professional’s toolkit.

On the outside, it is entirely uncomplicated. Clear lines, a smooth finish, and a structured silhouette that fits seamlessly into a focused workday.
But true design lies in the details you don’t see at first glance.

The Design Language

Still processing the quiet, inspiring energy from the first-ever Bangla House at last week.

Sitting in the audience for the “Threads of Power: Crafting Identity in Fashion” panel at the Kobi Nazrul Centre on Brick Lane felt like a deeply necessary pause for me. As someone running a small brand rooted in our heritage, it is so easy to focus on the challenges, the missing pieces we often feel we have to work through as Bangladeshi creatives, the lack of mainstream representation, and how tough it can be to build something meaningful from the ground up.

But being in that room shifted how I look at things. Seeing the amazing mix of global talent across our diaspora felt less like a distant milestone and more like a gentle reassurance for my own journey.

The panel brought together four distinct forces reshaping our narrative-
The undisputed icon I’ve looked up to for as long as I can remember. Seeing her remind the world of the timeless power of traditional handloom was everything.
ahmad Building an incredible, massive fashion tech platform out of New York and showing what modern innovation looks like.

Founder of London’s , redefining luxury occasion wear with stunning, culturally rooted silhouettes.

.moon A brilliant British Bangladeshi creative consultant working between Paris and London with luxury powerhouses like HermĂšs.

It was a beautiful reminder that while the gaps exist, the foundation we are building upon is solid, creative, and endlessly resilient.

A huge thank you to the visionary people who brought this space to life for the very first time. Incredible gratitude to Amreen Bashir Ali and the alongside the British Bangladeshi Power & Inspiration Foundation and the Durjoy Bangladesh Foundation.
