3. Wait for the approximate total costing from our DBrandZ team (within 6 hours) which includes the total and breakdown of the following costs:
a. Product Cost - What is shown in your provided link. USA consumer product Tax
c. USA Local Delivery Charge (if applicable for online order)
d. International Shipping Cost
e. Local BD Delivery Charge
f. Any additional charges like duty custom fees, product cost change (if applicable)
4. All the cost is in Dollar amount. Conversion Rate is $1 = 130 TAKA. (**Subject to change)
5. International shipping weight charge is $8/LB (including all custom duties and clearance charges – except Electronics). Minimum order must be $50.
6. Confirm the order with 25% advance payment which is mentioned in invoice. Payment can be made using bKash, NAGAD, Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer or other payment options mentioned by our team. You need to confirm the advance payment within 48 hours. Please note that without advance payment confirmation your order will be canceled.
7. WITHOUT ANY VALID reason you cannot CANCEL your order. You need to inform us immediately within 24 hours. Otherwise, NO REFUND is applicable.
8. After the shipment reaches Dhaka, you can pay the remaining due in the same way or Cash on Delivery. We do not except COD for large invoice amount.
9. In case of emergency, your product will be hold for a maximum of 10 days. If you still do not receive it for any reason, the order will be canceled. And your advance payment will not be REFUNDED.
10. After we handover your product for local delivery you need to receive the product on time, if the delivery return in our office again and we need to the do the local delivery again then you need to pay extra for the local delivery charge.
11. Local Delivery charge- Inside Dhaka 100 TAKA and Outside Dhaka 150 TAKA.
12. We do not send product by SA Paribahan or Sundarban Courier. We will do the door to door delivery service.
13. We do the double checked all the products before shipping and local delivery. However, incase you find any problem of the product like damage, you need to inform us immediately and follow the instructions from our team.
14. Wait & happily receive your product at home in just the way you wanted.
15. DBrandZ team is not responsible for any International Shipment flight and Custom Clearance delay.
