লকডাউনে খুব বাজে একটা অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছিল....সুন্দরবন কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস এর মাধ্যমে একটা পার্সেল পাঠানো হয় গাজিপুর।এরা গাজিপুর পাঠায় ঠিক বাট এদেরকে বলা হয়েছিল হোম ডেলিভারি দেয়ার জন্য এরা ও বলেছে হোম ডেলিভারি পসিবল। বাট আনফর্চুনেটলি তারা সেটা করেনি ইনফেক্ট তারা গাজিপুরের সব থেকে দূরের ব্রাঞ্চে পার্সেলটি পাঠিয়ে দেয়।তারা বলছিল পার্সেলটি তারা কোনাবারি ব্রাঞ্চে পাঠিয়ে দিয়েছে অথচ তারা পার্সেলটি পাঠায় তার কয়েকদিন পর।এরমধ্যে আমি কয়েকবার গিয়ে খোজ নেই কোথায় আছে পার্সেলটি।একই কথা।তারমধ্যে কাস্টমার দুইবার ফিরেও আসে।
তারপর কাস্টমার রাগ হয়ে আর পার্সেলটি রিসিভ করে নি। তাকে টাকা ফেরত দিয়ে দেয়া হয়।তবে এরকম হয়রানির কোনো মানে হয়না।তারউপর তাদের ব্যবহার তো আছেই!!!
