Wish Factory was founded by three friends from diverse educational backgrounds (English Literature, Computer Science & Business) over a cup of tea and random hangouts. Started with us seeking unique items for special occasions like Halloween. Products that were not readily available which we wanted to change. Wish Factory is a brainchild born to serve one unified cause: helping people like us find

what they are looking for, at a reasonable cost. Checking off things from your Wishlist can elevate your mental health whilst granting somebody else's wishes can bring a sense of true happiness. That is what motivates us, it is our way to meaningfully serve the community. To bring a bit of magic from our childhood to a world of adults. We listen, care and want to help you get your wishes delivered, right at the doorstep.

We do not send Outside Dhaka parcels without advance payment. Made an exception for the Halloween rush. And of course, advantage was taken. Policies are in place for a reason. Those who returned parcels, no future orders will be taken from you. TIA!

We understand the Halloween urgency that's why we dispatched all parcels with 5 days in hand so that you receive on time. But some of you prefer ordering at the last minute and expecting a prompt delivery. You have to understand, it's not in our hands. A delivery agency deals with hundreds of parcels, they will deliver as per their convenience. However, your parcels will get delivered within the timeframe we mentioned (unless there's some other issue). Please be patient.

And yet, despite the urgency you show some of you are not responding to the calls from delivery men and others are cancelling en route parcels. You are deliberately incurring loss (delivery charge cost) for us when it was your choice to order at the last minute. Please be informed that such names will be exposed so other Pages/owners can be warned and no future orders will ever be accepted from you.
