💊Know About Your Medicine

🌱Dexlansoprazole পেটের মধ্যে অতিরিক্ত অ্যাসিড রিফ্লাক্স/প্রতিপ্রবাহ চিকিৎসার জন্য ব্যবহৃত একটি ওষুধ এবং একটি প্রোটন পাম্প ইনহিবিটার। এর প্রধান কাজ হল পেটে উৎপাদিত অ্যাসিডের পরিমাণকে হ্রাস করা। অতএব এটি গ্যাস্ট্রোএসোফাজিল বা গ্যাস্ট্রো খাদ্যনালীর রিফ্লাক্স রোগের চিকিৎসায় ব্যবহৃত একটি ওষুধ যা সাধারণত বুকজ্বালা নামে পরিচিত। Dexlansoprazole গিলতে অসুবিধা, ক্রমাগত কাশি, অ্যাসিড থেকে খাদ্যনালীর ক্ষতি এবং আলসার গঠন থেকে বাধা দেয়। Dexlansoprazole প্রকৃতপক্ষে প্রোটন পাম্পের সাথে বাঁধাই করে এবং এভাবে এটিকে বাধা দেয় যাতে গ্যাস্ট্রিক অ্যাসিড গঠন কম হয়। Dexlansoprazole ক্যাপসুল বা তরল আকারে গ্রহণ করা যেতে পারে। এই ওষুধের সম্ভাব্য পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে- ডায়রিয়া, অস্বাভাবিক হৃদস্পন্দন যা স্বাভাবিকের চেয়ে ধীর বা দ্রুত হতে পারে, স্থায়ীভাবে পেশীতে টান, বিশেষ করে নাক বা গালের মতো জায়গায় ফুসকুড়ি এবং গাঁটে ব্যথা। গুরুতর পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়াগুলির মধ্যে রয়েছে পেট ব্যথা, মাথা ঘোরা, স্নায়বিক দুর্বলতা, হাঁচি এবং এছাড়াও এগুলির মতো অনুরূপ অন্যান্য প্রতিক্রিয়াও দেখা যেতে পারে। কিছু কিছু ওষুধের জন্য পেটে উচ্চ অ্যাসিডের মাত্রার প্রয়োজন হয়, কিন্তু যেহেতু Dexlansoprazole পেটে অ্যাসিড গঠন হ্রাস করে তাই সেখানে মিথষ্ক্রি‌য়া এবং জটিলতা সৃষ্টি হতে পারে, আর এই কারণের জন্য নিজের থেকে ওষুধের মাত্রা বিচার না করে বা ওষুধ গ্রহণ না করে সাথে ডাক্তারের সাথে পরামর্শ করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

সামান্য বমির ভাব, খাবারে অরুচি। গেলেন ফার্মেসীতে। ব্যাস ফার্মেসী ওয়ালা ধরিয়ে দিলেন আপনার হাতে বমি, গ্যাস ও অরুচির মহাঔষধ Omidon বা ডমপিরিডন গ্রুপের কিছু।

আমাদের দেহে ( নারী পুরুষ উভয়ই) Prolactin নামের একটি হরমোন যেটা নিঃসৃত হয় পিটুইটারি গ্ল্যান্ড থেকে। যদি এর মাত্রা বেশি হয়ে যায় তখন এটি GnRH এর কাজকে ব্যাহত করে ফলশ্রুতিতে FSH & LH কম নিঃসৃত হয়।

FSH কমে গেলে ওভারিয়ান ফলিকল পরিপূর্ণ ভাবে তৈরি হতে পারে না যার ফলে ওভুলেশন হয় না । সৃষ্টি করে বন্ধ্যাত্ব😱

অতিরিক্ত মাত্রায় PROLACTIN বেড়ে গেলে এটা ESTROGEN এবং TESTOSTERONE এর মাত্রা কমায় দিয়ে একটা পুরুষকে তার পুরুষালি বৈশিষ্ট্য এবং একটা মেয়েকে তার মেয়েলি বৈশিষ্ট্য কমিয়ে দিয়ে অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত সমস্যা তৈরি করে 😱

এই Omidon বা Dompiridon দেহে প্রোলাক্যাটিন লেভেল বাড়িয়ে দেয়।
