MUAD, a wholesale clothing brand of 𝗠𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱, a sister concern of Mondol Group, is looking for a responsible, experienced, and result-oriented Shop In-Charge to join our team.
🔹 Position
Shop In-Charge
📍 Job Location: Anywhere in Dhaka
💰 Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and competency
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shop operations efficiently.
Supervise sales and overall shop activities.
Maintain and monitor inventory/stock records.
Handle basic shop accounts and cash-related documentation.
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Coordinate with Management, Warehouse, Sales, and Accounts teams.
Ensure proper product handling, documentation, and shop discipline.
🎓 Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
💼 Required Skills & Experience
Practical experience in Shop/Outlet Operations.
Good knowledge of Inventory Management.
Working knowledge of Accounts & Cash Management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Experience in wholesale/retail clothing will be preferred.
