Job Context:

• Looking for a full-time Management Trainee for Regional Sales Team.

Job Responsibility:

• To perform any other assignment as assigned by the concerned authority from time to time.

• Make daily field visits for sales to customers, to retain existing business, increase volume and pursue new customers. • Maintain relationships with clients/customers by providing information, support offers, and new SKUs.

• Educate clients/customers about Sindabad App.
• Provide day-end sales report and new customer acquisition report to team leader.
• Achieve short-term and long-term sales goals for the company.
• To look after company queries.
• Coordination with category/procurement, sales and MIS team.
• Providing reports as per requirement.
• Actively participate in sales activities in (Hotel / Restaurants/Cafe) visit route wise Business areas.

Employment Status:
• Full-time.

Educational Level:
• HSC/BBA graduate from a reputed university

Job Area:
• Dhaka, Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience in sales or relevant field (freshers are also encouraged to apply).

Job requirements:

• In-depth Knowledge of Sales, Customer service & Outlet routes.
• Experience in Consumer Goods sales will get preference.
• Must have good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be Technology-driven and have good knowledge about E-Commerce. • Able to work under pressure maintaining a highly positive attitude.
• Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating sales through offline & digital marketing.

• Create overall marketing strategy for B2C and other channels.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) using Google

Analytics, CRM, Odoo, Microsoft Power BI, etc.

• ATL & BTL marketing activity ex*****on, collaborating with vendors and agencies and executing high quality events while

collaborating with cross functional teams.

• Identify customer behavior, market trends and competitor activity to gain competitive edge.

• Conduct regular telephonic surveys and answer customer queries to enhance customer experience.

• Improve and implement new UI/UX design.

• Plan and coordinate marketing activities with category, MFS: Bkash, Nagad, SSL to bring in different offers.

• Plan and execute marketing activities with external brand partners to increase brand visibility through Co-branding.

• Improve the search visibility and implement SEO.

• Experiment with new platforms, campaign & ads and ensure all available slots are utilized and ads are displayed appropriately.

• Make marketing budget and monthly plan.

• Lead the creative team and solve problems with cross functional teams.

• B2B activation planning as well as campaigns if required.

Educational Requirements

•Minimum Graduation in Business Discipline (Preferably in Marketing).

Experience Requirements

•At least 3-5 years experience.
