In 2024, we would like to provide a better experience for our customers. In light of this, here's our 2024 resolution:
1) Ensure a seamless transition during end of subscription and starting a new year
2) Automated appointment dates for everyone (instead of a chosen few) to notify billing dates
3) Free of charge phone call or message notifications
4) 24/7 customer service availability (Like we always do, but better)
5) Add more subscription options

You said it, we heard it and put them into action. We are always open to constructive criticism. Please do let us know if we can do anything to ensure a better experience for us, either in the comments section or at our inbox and we will definitely give it a thought.
