German Butcher is looking for a Call Center Executive to handle customer communication, confirm orders, and ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Call customers to confirm online and phone orders and ensure all order details are correct.
• Contact customers when necessary to clarify order details, delivery information, product availability, or other concerns.
• Handle customer queries through calls and provide accurate information about our products, prices, offers, outlets, and services.
• Receive and record customer feedback regarding products, orders, delivery, and overall service.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and forward relevant issues to the designated department for resolution.
• Follow up with customers regarding unresolved queries or complaints when required.
• Coordinate with the relevant shop, delivery team, or concerned department to ensure customer issues are properly addressed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer calls, feedback, complaints, and order confirmations.
• Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
• Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information throughout the order process.
🔹 Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Polite, patient, and confident when speaking with customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple calls and customer concerns efficiently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain customer/order records.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role will be an advantage.
