Salary: BDT 40,000 - 60,000 per month

We are hiring a disciplined leader to build a disciplined company. Care first, but where care does not work, rules are rules. At Ultima, we’re working to give people their right back to safe water. We want someone to lead our People, Culture & Workplace Department with a team of MTO, Executive, and Intern(s), build a process-driven company, and bring creative, care-based solutions to people management. Our brand archetype is the Sage, and that is how we look after our people too: guided, taught, and told the truth plainly.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the department and develop a team of MTO, Executive, and Intern(s)
- Build daily discipline across attendance, punctuality, shift schedules, and workplace conduct, applied fairly to everyone
- Run talent hiring, onboarding, payroll, and the whole employee journey from Day 1 to exit
- Develop HR policies, people development and set up goals that comply with Bangladesh labour law
- Write clear Job Descriptions and SOPs, and build a process-driven company where no role stays stuck waiting on senior approval
- Hold one-to-one check-ins that care for the person first, and apply standards firmly when care alone is not enough
- Organize training, Sunnah sessions, sports, meals, transport, and celebrations
What We’re Looking For:
- A personally disciplined individual: punctual, organized, and an example the team can follow
- Bachelor’s in HRM, Management, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or PGDHRM preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years in HR, Admin, or People Operations, with at least 1 year leading a team
- Hands-on Bangladesh labour compliance, and able to build or upgrade policies and frameworks from scratch
- Creative problem-solving, a strong learning curve, and a process mindset that turns messy work into systems
- Strong character, and the confidence to move from care to firmness when a standard is broken
- Competent with OKR-based people goals, or able to learn them fast
- Aligned with Sunnah-based values, and fluent in Bangla and English
- Odoo or similar ERP preferred. A former defence background is a strong plus
