মসলার সংরক্ষণ

মসলা সংরক্ষণ নিয়ে পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন গার্হস্থ্য অর্থনীতি কলেজের গৃহ ব্যবস্থাপনা ও গৃহায়ণ বিভাগের সহযোগী অধ্যাপক রিনাত ফওজিয়া।

👉 প্লাস্টিকের বা কাচের ঢাকনাওয়ালা পাত্রে বা কনটেইনারে মসলা সংরক্ষণ করে রাখতে পারেন।

👉 ধাতব পাত্রে মসলা রাখা যাবে না কারণ গাছের কোনো না কোনো অংশ থেকেই আমরা মসলা পাই। এসব গাছের তেলের অংশ থেকে ধাতুর নানা ক্রিয়া-বিক্রিয়া হতে পারে। যা শরীরে ক্ষতিকর প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে।

👉বাতাস চলাচল করতে পারে, আলো কম থাকে এসব স্থানে মসলার কৌটা রাখতে হবে। তাপ থেকে দূরে রাখতে হবে।

👉 রান্নাঘরে চুলার থাকে। এসব কেবিনেট যেহেতু গরম হয়ে যায়, তাই এসব স্থানে মসলার কৌটা না রাখাই ভালো।

👉 মসলা কৌটা থেকে বারবার বের করে ব্যবহার না করে রান্নার আগেই আলাদা পাত্রে তা গুছিয়ে নেওয়া ভালো। চুলা ধরানোর পর বারবার তাহলে মসলার পাত্রের মুখ খুলতে হবে না।

👉 গুঁড়া মসলা সাধারণত ছয় মাস ভালো থাকে। তবে মরিচ ছয় মাস থাকে না। তাই মরিচের কৌটা ফ্রিজের ভেতর রাখাই ভালো।
গরম মসলা গোটা রেখে দেওয়াই ভালো। যখন প্রয়োজন তখনই গুঁড়া করে নিন।
