Weâre here to bring you your desired goods from USA or India on retail or bulk basis. Our pricing policy and TnC are provided here.
* For USA orders : USD to Bdt conversion rate of that day plus 12% service charge depending on the order type and quantity. For amazon US orders under 300usd, currently charge per USD will be flat 105-115tk, service charge is included here.
* For India orders : Rs to Bdt conversion rate will depend on the conversion rate of that day.
Currently conversion rate is flat 1.7tk per Rupee. Ask before you place the order. service charge is included here.
* Cargo charge : Will be added after measuring the goods once the shipment is here. For USA orders, cargo charge is 165tk per 100grams and for India orders, cargo charge is 110tk per 100grams. For some Indian items cargo charge is fixed and will be mentioned before receiving an order. Minimum cargo charge calculated is 300 grams.
* No hidden fees or taxes will be added later. The quotation made before billing a client is final.
* For a few unorthodox orders, where we have to charge on volumatric basis (Air freight chargable weight basis) cargo charge for USA orders can be a 205tk per 100grams.
* For some sensitive goods extra fees may be needed, but every client will be notified about that fee before receiving that order. Clients can discuss about that briefly with any one of our associates through our hotline number or Social media platforms.
* Weâll Quote an estimated timeline to bring in the goods and get that delivered to your doorstep. After an itemâs been delivered in our warehouse, itâll usually take 20-30 days for USA orders and 10-15 days for India orders.
* Minimum 50% advance required to place any order.
* All products will be delivered as it was purchased from the seller. There will be no alterations or repackaging. Itâll be delivered truly how itâs received in our USA/India warehouse. If any good is damaged or lost or not delivered within 60 days, clients will be refunded the full amount he paid for that order within 72 hours.
