অনলাইনে পারফিউম কেনার ক্ষেত্রে একটু দ্বিধা কাজ করাটাই স্বাভাবিক। অনেকেই ঘ্রাণ বা কোয়ালিটি নিয়ে চিন্তায় থাকেন। Fragcy তে আমাদের চেষ্টা থাকে এই জায়গাটিতে আপনাদের পরিষ্কার একটা ধারণা দেওয়ার।
আমাদের পারফিউম অয়েলগুলো মিটফোর্ড বা চকবাজারের লোকাল মার্কেট থেকে আসে না। আমরা সরাসরি অথোরাইজড ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর থেকে এগুলো সংগ্রহ করি। তারপরও আপনার যদি কোনো কনফিউশন থাকে, আপনি আমাদের ২ মিলির টেস্টারগুলো ট্রাই করে দেখতে পারেন। এগুলো মূলত সময় নিয়ে ব্যবহার করে বোঝার জন্য যে আপনার ঠিক কোন পারফিউমটা সবচেয়ে ভালো লাগছে। যেহেতু এগুলো যাচাই করার জন্য তৈরি, তাই টেস্টার সাইজে কোনো রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ অপশন থাকছে না।
তবে ফুল সাইজ বোতলের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পলিসিগুলো বেশ সহজ:

• আর ফুল সাইজ নেওয়ার পর তিন দিন ব্যবহার করে যদি আপনার মনে হয় ঘ্রাণটা আপনার সাথে মানাচ্ছে না বা আমরা যেমনটা বলেছি তেমন না, তাহলে আপনি অন্য যেকোনো পারফিউমের সাথে সেটি এক্সচেঞ্জ করে নিতে পারবেন। তবে একটি পারফিউমে এই এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধাটি কেবল একবারই নেওয়া যাবে।
