🌈 Colour Theory is fascinating!
Take the time to understand the difference between colours that compliment each other and colours that can blend.

🦋 Here I was playing with both the colour and the structure/flow … seeing what works and what doesn’t so I can transfer it to ‘on the job’

🛞 Keeping a colour wheel handy when you are painting can really help… because if you try and blend colours from opposite sides of the colour wheel you are in trouble!

💪However… you can push the boundaries too once you understand how colours interact and you will achieve that by sitting down and just playing with them.

Google ‘colour wheel’ you can print one off the internet easily and there are lots of simple colour theory guides on you tube.

🕰️ Investing a bit of practice time into your craft and it will pay off!!
