🍻 We’re dusting off some liquid history on sunday the 18th! ⏳

The lineup is all about vintage wild/mixed-fermentation ales. We’re cracking open a few aged bottles to see how time has shaped the funk, (in some cases) the fruit, and the acidity.

🍾 Nevel - Echo (2022) // barrel aged wild ale with solaris & souvignier gris grape skins (limited edition of 463 bottles)

🍾 Schneeeule & Nevel - Meeske (2019-2020) // blend of both house cultures with woodruff

🍾 Land & Labour - Crimson (2021) // spontaneous fermentation kriek-framboise blend, 830 gr/L cherries & 300 gr/L raspberries

🍾 Wild Creatures - Blend 001 (2018) // spontaneous fermentation wild ale aged in oak barrels

🍾 Tilquin - Groseille a Maquereau Verte (2019-2020) // lambic blend with green gooseberries

🍾 DOK - ADC Vieille Brunoise (2021-2022) // Oud Bruin aged for a year on Bourgogne pinot noir barrels

🍾 À Tue-Tête - Noire Cassis (2020) // mixed-fermentation barrel aged dark sour ale with blackcurrants
