L'Eau d'Issey by Issey Miyake is a Floral Aquatic fragrance for women. L'Eau d'Issey was launched in 1992. The nose behind this fragrance is Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. Issey Miyaké thought about creating a perfume that was "as clear as spring water", combining the spray of a waterfall, the fragrance of flowers, and the scent of springtime forest.

Martha Cooper - Street Play - From Here to Fame 2006

Street Play, a captivating collection of Martha Cooper’s photographs from the late 70s, shows the creative and indominable spirit of New York City kids as they turn their inhospitable environment into an adventure playground.
Martha Coopers photos take us through the Alphabet City of the late 70s as the area was about to undergo extensive urban renewal process that is still continuing today. At the time, the neighborhood had more than its share of drug dealers and petty criminals, and the landscape seemed ugly and forbidding. But to the children who grew up there, the abandoned buildings and rubble-strewn lots made perfect playgrounds, providing raw materials and open space for unsupervised play. A crumbling tenement housed a secret clubhouse, rooftops became private aviaries, and a pile of trash might be a source for treasure.

The artist opens us the doors to a suspended space. Forty eight hours spent in her studio between two exhibitions — at Villa Empain in Brussels and the Fondazione Dries Van Noten in Venice — during which the work reveals itself as it is: in progress, open, at times uncertain.

Jonathan Monk - Cover Version - Book Works 2004

Jonathan Monk is an artist who loves other artists. His work draws on oblique autobiographical references and personal anecdotes together with art historical strategies and legacies to express a critical camaraderie in his subject.

Cover Version features a selection of seminal publications from Monk’s extensive collection of artists’ books. Sol LeWitt, Lawrence Weiner and Ed Ruscha are represented side by side to form a cogent series, which presents a contemporary investigation into materiality and the problems of signification in conceptual art publishing. An integral section of Cover Version is a transcribed telephone conversation between Jonathan Monk and Seth Siegelaub, which unfolds and discusses their mutual obsession with book making and collecting whilst speculating on the nature of the object. This ‘collectable’ book also has three different covers designed with its monetary value in euros, dollars and pounds, a direct reference to Lawrence Weiner’s 1968 publication Statements.
