PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING TO STERLING!
We truly appreciate everyone who has tried to visit since we announced that we are closing and please accept our sincere apologies if you tried to visit today and were turned away. In order to be in compliance with the corona measures, unfortunately we cannot receive everyone who would like to visit. In order to accommodate as many customers as possible safely and without putting staff and other customers at risk, we are putting the following system into place:
1) We are dividing the day into 16 slots of a half hour each. We can allow 6 people into the store per half hour slot. Due to extreme busyness, we are unable to reserve time slots via phone, email, or Facebook at this time. Tickets with time slots will be handed to people waiting in line on a first-come-first-serve basis. This means that the first 96 people to come during the day will be the only people allowed in on that day. We can only allow one person per ticket so we kindly ask that you please shop ALONE.
2) We are very sorry but at this time we are unable to answer queries via email or phone about stock. We understand how frustrating this is, but staffing issues makes it impossible to reply to emails and phone calls in the way that we would like to and the way our customers are accustomed. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
3) If you have placed an order and would like to pick it up but don’t have a ticket, we can make an exception and allow you to come in ONLY to pick up your order. You must come alone, and I’m afraid there will not be an opportunity to browse at that time.
4) These are the rules that we are working with for the moment, but they may change in response to changing circumstances. Please keep an eye on our page for any updates. And once again, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this very difficult time.
