Every day, our workshop brings us something precious: people. ✨

Wonderful souls who walk through the door and remind us why we do what we do. Some of them give us the strength to continue, simply by being there. In their presence we feel safe, we feel the quiet power of humanity.

Around chocolate, something magical happens. Hands work, aromas rise, stories are shared. Craft becomes connection, and chocolate becomes a language of the heart.

These workshops are not only about making chocolate, they are moments of sharing, warmth, and human connection.

Thank you to everyone who comes, who creates, who laughs, and who shares this little piece of sweetness with us. 🍫

War is always a failure of peace.

It means that somewhere, somehow, we stopped listening. We stopped caring enough. We stopped protecting what truly matters.

When unstable, reckless people are given power, it is never just politics. It is never “far away.” It is humanity itself that trembles.

We make craft chocolate.
We talk about origins, farmers, harvests, fermentation, slow roasting.
We believe in patience. In care. In long-term relationships. In trust across borders.

And these days, our hearts feel heavy.

Chocolate connects people across continents. It is built on cooperation, respect, and shared work. War destroys exactly that, connection, dignity, future.

We are worried.
For families.
For farmers.
For children who did not choose any of this.

Peace is fragile.
Humanity is fragile.
And we must protect both.

Today, more than ever, we hope for wisdom.
We hope for courage, the courage to choose dialogue instead of destruction.

Because once war begins, no one truly wins.

We spent the last week in Thailand recharging the batteries 🌴☀️ A little sunshine, sea and time to reset.

Meanwhile, our stores stayed open thanks to our amazing team 🙏🍫 We’re so grateful for their dedication and energy.

Tomorrow we’re back so workshop doors reopening and production starting again.

Fully recharged and ready to create ✨

Xinglong cacao plantation 🌱🍫

A powerful visit, incredible energy, and a shared vision: creating our future chocolates in Haikou using only island-grown cacao.

Production is still low but with new farmers, new lands, and the right people, we’ll grow this dream together. ✨

More than a business trip, a real human journey 🇨🇳
