This time it is a Roland SRA-5000 2-Channel Power Amplifier, dating from Roland’s early-1990s professional audio era — preserved as New Old Stock in its original packaging.

This is not an old amplifier that has spent decades touring in flightcases or installed in a club rack.

It is an unused Warehouse Find.

The SRA-5000 was one of Roland’s serious professional power amplifiers, delivering:

The DA-2496 was EDIROL/Roland’s professional PCI-based multitrack recording system, designed around a full 1U rackmount audio interface combined with its dedicated DA-PCI computer interface card.

Its professional feature set remains impressive:

This time it is an EDIROL by Roland UA-3D AudioCapture USB Digital Audio Interface, dating from the early 2000s — and remarkably, this example is still brand new, New Old Stock and sealed in its original retail packaging.

The UA-3D was a surprisingly sophisticated little interface when Roland introduced it in 2002.

Because the original packaging remains sealed, the interface has deliberately not been opened for testing. It is sold as genuine NOS collector stock. Compatibility with modern operating systems is therefore not guaranteed.
