🌴 Simply natural, nutritious & VEGAN - 100% traceable cacao from Kerala We bring to you the DRY 🌞 & MONSOON 🌧 edition

The unique soil, topographic and weather conditions in Kerala, all aspects of the fermenting and drying process, and many

other elements add to the flavour development of the cacao. Luca and Ellen, as founders of .india, feel very much at home in their post-harvest facility where they ferment and dry beans from the same farmers but in different seasons in such a controlled way as to bring out the delicate flavor nuances of each season, dry and monsoon.

Elke schakel van de keten is zichtbaar en zorgt voor echte verbinding tussen mensen.”

Whether you were searching for the perfect treat for a gourmand friend, happily discovering that everything here is 100% vegan, or simply couldn’t resist sneaking a few of our tiny filled Easter eggs (we get it 😉)… thank you for being part of it.

With every bite and every visit, you’re supporting our farmers and the incredible women in our community in India — and that truly means the world to us.

Tomorrow we’ll be celebrating Easter with our family, so our atelier will be closed this Monday.
