Four metres of oak. That’s one long bench. ❤️

We found two of these old church benches in the Netherlands. Solid oak, high backs and those lovely curled ends. We can picture them around a big dining table or in a spacious hallway.

They’re sold separately, so you can go for one or take both.

Vier meter eikenhout. Dat is een serieuze bank. ❤️

A display cabinet at the front, around 50 drawers at the back. Now that’s a useful combination. ❤️

This German mid-century counter has plenty of room to show off the little things, while keeping everything else neatly tucked away. We can see it working in a shop, but it would look just as good at home.

Een vitrine vooraan, een vijftigtal lades achteraan. Dat is nog eens een handige combinatie. ❤️

Not exactly Nele’s favourite kind of vintage… but even she has to admit this one is pretty cool. 😉

This original Opel dealer sign came back from Germany in one piece. Two huge panels of glass, 333 cm wide in total.

And yes, getting it home without breaking anything was a job for Ivan. He knows how to handle the delicate stuff. 😄

A proper piece of Opel history for a garage, workshop, showroom or a very large wall.

Three metres of Opel. 😍

Two huge glass panels, original 3D lettering and that unmistakable yellow.

Not exactly small… but very cool.

Red, white and AXA. That’s it. ❤️

An original Belgian advertising sign for AXA Margarine, probably dating from around 1927. We love that simple lettering and the bright red enamel.

It has its fair share of rust and wear, mostly around the edges, but no holes worn through the enamel. And at one metre tall, it’s a pretty good one to put on the wall.

Rood, wit en AXA. Meer moet dat niet zijn. ❤️

Rounded glass, gold details, fine legs and 21 little drawers. We love how refined this one is, while the years of use have given it a more robust feel.

Still a very good-looking piece after all these years.

We have a soft spot for these old haberdashery counters. ❤️

This German mid-century one has so many lovely details: rounded glass, fine little legs, gold-coloured handles and 21 display drawers.

And yet, after all those years of use, it has lost none of its presence. The little marks and worn details actually make it feel a lot more robust than it probably did when it first left the shop.

We can easily see this in a boutique, showroom or even at home.

We’re always happy when we find one of these. ❤️

A 1950s Nike Eskilstuna architect’s table from Sweden, complete with its original Jenny drawing arm.

The large wooden top tilts, can be set completely flat and the hydraulic base adjusts from around 80 to 145 cm. Clever design that still works beautifully today.

We’d love to see this in an atelier or studio. Or simply used as a very good desk.

Altijd blij als we er eentje vinden. ❤️
