This Old Fashioned Geuze is a unique edition created by Frank Boon and was bottled on April 29, 2019. Frank created a special blend with lambic beer from the oldest cask and the very last cask. "Apogee" means "the high point". With this bottle, Boon Brewery celebrates Frank's accomplishments as well as the transfer to the next generation, as Frank passes the torch to his sons Jos and Karel. 🎖

The Belgian brewery Van Steenberge went to Scotland in search of whisky barrels to create a new brew: Gulden Draak Cuvée Prestige Laphroaig Barrel Aged.

Want to know more about this tasting beer? This Gulden Draak prestige is the result of an 8 months maturation in Scotch whisky barrels. The barrels were carefully selected to obtain a beautiful aroma that matches that of Gulden Draak.

The result of this brewing work: a powerful strong ale with a complex and greedy aromatic palette. When tasted, this beer reveals a beautiful brown color with delicious aromas of caramel, dried fruits, vanilla and peat

Kasteel Trignac XII 12% 75cl / 26,39 fl oz us 🎖

The Belgian brewery Van Honsebrouck, at the origin of the Kasteel and St Louis beers, has launched the elaboration of a prestigious beer under the name of Trignac XII, a Tripel style beer aged in cognac barrels.

Yellow, cloudy and golden with a white head, it reveals aromas of malt, fruit, yeast, alcohol and wood.

On the palate, we find flavors of wood, alcohol, malt, cognac, honey and spices.

Dry and slightly spicy on the finish, it also leaves a certain warmth on the palate, brought by the power of cognac.

Oude Sureau is a very fruity beer. The elderberries give the beer not only its deep, intense red color, but also strong berry notes and a dry mouth feel. The acidity is moderate and complements the berries perfectly.

New Bush Triple 3/4 is now available on the E-shop ! 💻

Created for the 10th anniversary of the Bush Blonde in 2008, the Bush Blonde Triple from the Dubuisson brewery is a strong Belgian beer that benefits from 240 years of know-how. Indeed, it is produced by the Dubuisson Brewery which is today the oldest brewery in activity in Wallonia (South of Belgium).

Unlike its little sister, the Bush Blonde, this Bush Blonde triple benefits from a refermentation in the bottle. This refermentation in the bottle literally explodes the already very rich aromas of the Bush Blonde.

The Bush Blonde Triple develops a relatively cloudy and opaque blond color in its glass for a blond beer. It releases fruity and spicy aromas evoking white fruits and citrus fruits as well as coriander and yeast. The alcohol is relatively present here but does not mask the rest of the odors.

In the mouth, we find very fruity flavors associated with spicy notes evoking coriander and alcohol scents which come to raise the whole. The alcohol asserts itself in a dry finish that leaves little room for the bitterness of the hops.

The perfection is pushed in the smallest details with a magnificent silk-screened bottle provided with a champagne stopper, which confers to Bush Blonde Triple an undeniable stamp. 🎖
