In 2010 the sister and brother team Kerel and Kenton Pinder launched their inaugural event “Blooming Orchids” with the hope of bringing new and innovative events to the island of Grand Bahama, their first event p
roved to be a true success. This year’s event will once again be held at the Pelican Bay Resort on November 30th, 2013. Blooming Orchids is a stylish affair that will highlight over 20 female entrepreneurs who will get a chance to showcase their crafts and sell their products to the wider Bahamian audience. This event will also provide a new entertaining atmosphere for social networking and culture open to the entire Grand Bahama public. This year we will partner with Lupus Bahamas in order to bring a greater awareness to the Bahamian Public on Lupus awareness, as well as financially support this organization by donating partial proceeds from Blooming Orchids to this budding organization. Through this event we hope to stimulate support for women entrepreneurs, and provide the wider community with the inside scoop on the latest and hottest brands and products available on the island of Freeport brought to you by female entrepreneurs. Allowing opportunities for discounted SHOPPING just in time for the Christmas Season. Throughout the day our stage will also be filled with lively interviews, demonstrations, fashion shows and Raffle giveaways to keep the excitement and crowd going throughout the entire day!
