We are Hiring: Human Resources Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a growing group of companies located in Rock Sound, Eleuthera. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for a proactive professional who thrives operating as an individual contributor. You will support the full scope of Human Resources functions, directly impacting company culture, operations, and overall business success.
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct all core HR functions including but not limited to payroll processing, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training, compliance and performance management.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
● A minimum of five years of progressive human resource management experience.
● HR credentials highly desired (SHRM-CP or SCP, HRCI-PHRi or SPHRi)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
● Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
● Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
