Graycliff brings you gourmet chocolate from the bean to the bar, showcasing local and regional cacao beans and promoting fair trade and organic farming. Our various beans originating throughout the Caribbean and Bahamas will be processed, roasted and blended on property in a new, state-of-the-art factory, from where we will create a uniquely Bahamian product
to be enjoyed both locally and internationally. Unique tours will afford guests of the factory the opportunity to learn about the rich history of chocolate, and how this came to be one of Graycliff's newest passions..... Engage in a hands-on experience as you learn about the process of making chocolate and create your very own masterpiece! And for the children, we offer a tour focusing on the history of pirates in The Bahamas, and the vital roles they have played throughout Graycliff's lifetime, using interactive tools, including our beloved mascot, Captain Choco!!! Graycliff Chocolate shall be made available through both retail and wholesale channels... Offering everything from personal and corporate gifts, to party and wedding favours, and even turn-down service chocolates, we truly cater to every industry and are happy to customize any product.
