BiNet Holdings Ltd is a crowdfunding investment initiative started in October 2020 whose vision is to start with a Supermarket, planned to open doors in Q2 2022. The plan is to raise P6million to P10million by March 2022, depending on the number of Shareholders with a minimum of 300 Shareholders projected to each purchase 21'000 shares. Registration is strictly for individual, native Batswana. This is a long term investment which may not pay out dividends for some initial period. Currently, share price is at P1.00/share and you may find guide on the procedure to join either on this page or on Telegram, which have recordings of meetings held this far. We are still at a fundraising stage and have not yet set up any structures apart from the Steering Committee. However, we have since secured the services of a lawyer who is currently reviewing the Shareholders Agreement to be signed by each Shareholder.

The company held its Shareholders meeting on the 28 August 2021 to discuss some of the initiatives that are envisaged. Following this meeting, Shareholders cast their votes to approve some initiatives to enable implementation of these initiatives. We are buzzing with energy to move on to the next phase of the project. Stay tuned☺
