Our advice's continue again today as we focus on production environment issues for quality products.

So like we said a lot of you seem to be looking to manufacture detergents and making business plans for funding.

The question of environment always haunts us as we wonder do we really know the valuable highlights or things one needs to look at before setting up a facility for production, for quality products?

E.g
1.raw material concentrations and data analysis also known as MSDS or COA.
2. Water quality or analysis
3. Water table in the place of production
4. Monitoring equipments for correct results
5. Safety protocols.
6. The most critical being the effect of raw materials to the environment of production.

Note ... For an effective and sustainable production one needs these considerations in manufacturing of detergents....

We have been receiving so many enquiries on quotations and unfortunately some of you my dear customers are not aware of what you really want.

So just some advice...its good to know your formulations and use them to get the quantity of raw materials you will need for a certain production quantity.

Also note: upscaling of production needs one to understand fully the chemical combinations and concentration so one doesn't loose the quality.
