We order quality products on behalf of our clients from all around the world and get them delivered to them in the shortest time possible. We do not keep stock, therefore each desired product is ordered on request.
Every month new orders are taken and accumulated till the 10th day of that particular month, which they are then processed and scheduled to arrive end of that month, (less than 20 days). Any payments for orders made after the 10th will be scheduled for the following month. We believe since most people receive the income end of month, the days just before month end allow them to browse through our items and select what they like, which they will then pay for after receiving their incomes month end, but before the 10th of that following month.
Our FREE SHIPPING extends to Gaborone, Botswana. For any other place outside of Gaborone there will be extra charges for courier services to deliver the goods to them.
A deposit of 60% is expected to be paid in order to place the order. This deposit will be used to purchase the products, as well as cover other expenses such as packaging, customs clearance as well as shipping and other necessary transport logistics, which are all catered for in the price given for each product. Clients are then given a signed proof of payment/receipt, which can be sent online on during a meeting between the client and one of our agents (if requested). This proof of payment will be expected as well as remaining 40% balance when collecting the ordered items on arrival.
