GRAPHIC DESIGNER / MACHINE OPERATOR
Responsibilities:
• Designing posters, flyers, business cards, invitations, logos, and other print materials
• Assisting customers with printing, photocopying, scanning, laminating, and binding
• Operating printers and other shop equipment
• Helping with daily shop operations and customer service
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
• Experience in graphic design
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or and related software
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Honest, reliable, and willing to assist in all shop duties
SALES/SHOP ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
•Welcoming and assisting customers
• Responsible for quotations, invoicing and ordering
• Restock shelves and arrange merchandise neatly
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock items
• Promote products and inform customers about specials or new arrivals
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries
• Support daily copy shop operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Friendly, trustworthy, and hardworking
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an added advantage
CLEANER
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning the shop and work areas daily
• Ensuring the shop environment is neat and hygienic
• Assisting with basic errands when required
